Ethiopian Ameircans commemorate the 5th anniversary of the Ethiopian Election Massacre

On November 7, 2010, a very special conference took place to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the Ethiopian Election Massacre  at Washington Marriott. 

The Washington commemoration had several key note speakers that included Genocide Watch President Dr Gregory Stanton,  Former  Inquiry Commission Chairman Judge Frehiwot Samuel, Dr Aklog Birara and Dr Birhanu Nega. The commemoration, moderated by the Artist/Activist Tamagne Beyene, was broadcasted online across the globe with an objective to reeducate Ethiopians all over the world about the history and facts behind the murders of hundreds of Ethiopian after the 2005 election and  the systematic massacre and genocide that are being committed by the Meles Zenawi’s regime .
