March 4 Freedom has has its chapters in the US and internationally. March 4 Freedom Florida is one of the chapters that has joined the march 4 freedom and democracy. March 4 Freeodm Florida, founded in May 2012 in Tallahassee, FL, is the Florida March 4 Freedom chapter.

Local chapters are self-dependent organizations that share the goals of March 4 Freedom within a specified geographical region. They support March 4 Freedom, the organizations various projects in different ways – by collecting donations, organizing local events and projects and spreading the word of March 4 Freedom.
